Our Design Process

Step 1 — Discovery Consultation

Your design journey begins with an in-home Discovery Consultation, where we learn about your project, goals, style, budget range, and timeline.

Step 2 — Design Services Proposal & Project Activation

Following the consultation, you receive a customized Design Services Proposal outlining scope, estimated furnishings investment, and design fee.
Once approved and the design fee is paid, your project is activated and your designer is secured.

Step 3 — Design Presentation

Your design presentation is scheduled approximately three weeks after the Design Services Agreement is signed and the design fee is paid.
At Presentation, all proposed selections are reviewed and approved. Upon approval, an 80% deposit is collected and ordering begins.

Step 4 — Ordering, Delivery & Installation

Our team manages ordering, tracking, receiving, and white-glove installation to ensure a seamless and professionally executed result.
