Evolving over time, this Santa Fe style draws its inspiration from nature and the Spanish and pioneer settlers that populated the American Southwest in the 18th and 19th centuries. We began by utilizing the colors and textures from the desert landscape and sky. Then, we added in the Mexican and Spanish elements of ironwork, textiles, and wooden carvings.
Southwestern style follows the soft lines of the traditional adobe house, and seeks to blend in with its surrounding environment. This style is known for its easy and relaxed lifestyle. It is a simple style to achieve, and represents a unique blend of the old and the new......and unique!
As this project grew, as most of our projects do, we were tasked to design a Hollywood Glam style teen room, a Billiard room and the "Head Honcho" needed an office space that could double as a study. By paying attention to details and keeping a range on our textures and colors, we succeeded in creating a home that is warmly inviting, artistically pleasing, and ecologically sound. The finishes even carried outside to the patio area.
This job came together very quickly as our client(s) had a pretty good idea of just what would make them happy and suit their lifestyle. Our team approach came in handy with a job that encompassed so many spaces at once.
