Only heirloom quality properties are built one-at-a-time by this established Houston builder. The Design Firm worked hand-in-hand on all phases of interior specifications work during construction. Some of the features include: hand-painted finishes on all build-ins throughout, marbled fossil floors throughout, granite back splashes and counters in the kitchen, hand-stucco walls and ceilings, fireplace and dining room counters of floral stone, handmade wallpaper in bathrooms, lagoon-style tropical pool with time-release organic mosquito spray. Indian and Moroccan antiques built into the architecture: kitchen antique Chinese bed island, living room iron gates on either side of fireplace, antique Indian doors in dining room and media room.
Tropical Contemporary
This high-end builder was seeking a tropical, easy-care environment for entertaining. The Design Firm designed all bath areas in porcelain tile flooring with matching grout and all custom-selected paint finishes throughout this home are washable. The kitchen cabinets were faux-painted leather suede. Back splash stone is complemented with soft-toned mink brown granite countertops. A tropical tile roof and colorful stucco exterior maintain the South Florida styling. Front walkways are hand-laid stone for textural beauty and drainage. All pool surfaces are cool-deck and easy clean.
English Country Manor
A softly colored romantic atmosphere enveloped by stately architecture. English style mixes well with French and Italian pieces but must retain the less formal garden feel of the rolling English countryside.
Texas Estate
This home was designed and built by a seasoned Houston, Texas developer. Their dream home was inspired by a desire to build a new home on a property surrounded by pecans and cedar oaks just outside town. Some furnishings were moved from their in-town home and incorporated into the newly designed interior. A central theme of tailored classic beauty prevails.
European Traditional
A rich inviting feel is intended by employing a blend of English, French and American furnishings. Wall colors of latte and dark red play against brown woods, tan chenille upholstery and red silks. Black fabrics and tiger jacquard are layered in for added depth.
American Eclectic
This country home was well priced by the builder with tan and vanilla tones to house an international art and furnishings collection. Contemporary art and African furnishings blended beautifully and created this unexpected sophistication for a country home.
